C310 playback
Hi
I have C310 smart camera with a 128gb card. Issue I have is that playback at normal speed is very twitchy, at half speed it plays as it should. I would prefer to watch recordings in normal speed as opposed to slow motion lol.
The card is brand and the camera is less than 5m from.the router.
Any assistance would.be appreciated.

Please confirm the following information for further analysis.
1. Can you share a video showing the reported issue? For example, you can use another phone to record the problem when playing the SD card video recordings.
2. What's the model number and OS version of your phone? What's the Tapo app version?
3. Do you have a problem when watching the camera's live feed?

1. I can't get the clip uploaded 😫
2. Phone is a A54 5g with Android 14
Tapo app version is 3.6.116

When I connect my fone to the same router as the camera ,the playback is smooth, but if I disconnect the fone, it lags...even sitting right next to the router.
Also when I play back a recording it lags, if I press record on the playback screen and save that clip it plays without lagging 🤔

Hi,
1. You can upload the videos that reported the issue to your cloud server, such as Google Drive, generate a link to download them, and then send me the link.
2. Do you have the same issue when watching the camera's playback on a different phone?
