Model: Tapo C325WB

Hardware Version: V1

Firmware Version: 1.1.17

A few of my C325WB's are on firmware version 1.2.2, while the rest of them are stuck on 1.1.17 for the past few months. No matter what, there are no firmware updates available. The cameras stuck on 1.1.17 cannot be viewed on the google home app, while the ones on 1.2.2 can. Also, ALL of these cameras are hardware V1, so I'm unsure of the disparity between them?

Hi,
Since the firmware for the Tapo devices is released gradually, you may see some cameras update to the new firmware, but some not. It's recommended to wait patiently for the new firmware to be released for your other cameras.
