@banan9991 Please double-check the model of the camera, confirm whether it is a Tapo C460. Make sure your Tapo app is updated. You can try to delete and reinstall the app.

@Intecofreds What's the device signal strength (RSSI rate) of the doorbell and the L630 bulb? How many devices do you have on the router's 2.4GHz WiFi? You may want to check the number of 2.4GHz...
