Deco M9 Plus could not connect remotely

Hardware Version:

Firmware Version: 1.4.3 Build 20200921 Rel. 42500

I recently bought a Deco M9 Plus. Set up was ok and everything works well. After 2 weeks I could connect remotely via my app"

the message is " we couldn't find Deco. Something went wrong with the cloud service "

I can connect to my network whilst at home.

I tried power off and off the main deco and turn on/off the Dynamic DNS but all these couldn't work.

any advice please. Thanks in advance.

That could be for a few reasons. Either the Deco is offline, or not syncing with the cloud. Make sure you are signed into the associated TP-Link ID in the Deco app. Power cycle the Deco, and make sure the unit is online and connected to the modem.
