Model: Deco X68
Hardware Version:
Firmware Version: 1.0.4

Ethernet Backhaul is not working with the following connection
Router -> Main DecoX68 -> TPlink SG105 Switch -> DecoX68
Ethernet Backhaul is working when not connected via switch as shown below
Router -> Main DecoX68 -> DecoX68

The issue was due to a bad cable.

@MNDECOX68

One bullet point listed for the SG105 is:

- Support 802.1p/DSCP QoS and IGMP Snooping function

Green Technology, 802.3x Flow Control, 802.1p/DSCP QoS, IGMP Snooping

If the Port LEDs do not all light up when you plug in the X68s, then it might be cable. Remember 1000Mbps absolutely needs better than CAT6, so that means CAT7 or CAT8 patch cables.

But I suspect there is some dark hidden stuff going on in the unmanaged Flow Control & QOS.

I would have gone with the cheaper cousin -> TP-LINK TL-SF1005D 5-Port 10/100Mbps Desktop Switch @ nine dollars.

Unless you have to have Gigabit and you are using all Cat7 or 8 cables ... then go managed.  -> TL-SG105E @ twenty five dollars.
