[HELP] Deco M9 plus V2.8 doesn't show connected clients & won't update Firmware
I just purchased the Deco M9 plus as satellites to add and extend my network of Deco X68's. The problem I am having is that the M9's aren't showing any connected clients but instead shows "Deco health check" "Deco is working well"
I did some research and saw that the M9 v2 had a firmware update that fixed this issue but it had to be done using the online utility which is not available for the m9 v2.8.
How can I update my firmware or resolve the problem of it not showing connected clients? I am running in AP mode but the X68's work fine. I've tried updating the firmware via the deco app with no luck and it says it's up to date. Please help so I can resolve this or return the item.

And the latest firmware for V2.8, is the same as V2,

@TP-Link thank you!!! That did the trick. I also read that in the future from now on the app should work for future firmware updates, is that correct?

Yes, the later firmware release will be notified via Deco APP and users could update the firmware via Deco APP directly.

Hi, if you log into the web UI of M9 via http://tplinkdeco.net, are you able to see any online clients?
And Please power cycle Deco once to see whether it could fix the issue.
