Just installed my TP-Link U500 Nano on my windows 11 PC but sound to my phonak paradise earing aids stops roughtly every 20 seconds for a second then resumes.
Any idea what might be causing this?

I use an Asus bluetooth 4 adapter and thats fine.

For Win11, try to install Win10 64bits driver of UB500 

https://www.tp-link.com/support/download/ub500/

 

At the same time, can you confirm some details here: 

- May I know do you have a different computer to test UB500? 

-Does the ' phonak paradise earing aids ' work fine with Phone Bluetooth? 

- Please share aphoto of the Bluetooth driver date + Windows version and mother board information:

Hi, I just installed the windows 10 64bit drivers from the link you advised so now I have version 1.6.1015.3020 but now the sound is bad and very choppy every half second it stops and starts.

 

May I know do you have a different computer to test UB500? No sorry only have 1 PC but i tried a bluetooth speaker JBL Go and the sound didnt stutter so it seems there is an issue between the phonak hearing aids and the dongle.

-Does the ' phonak paradise earing aids ' work fine with Phone Bluetooth?  yes my earing aids work perfect with my Galaxy S21

- Please share aphoto of the Bluetooth driver date + Windows  version and mother board information     0dc8a27969c645d6ad359a2e12104a5b

@Solla-topee I checked for the mail regarding TKID220129351  but looks like I deleted it or it ended up in spam and got deleted. Could you please resend and I will send the hearing aid details.

 

Model is Phonak Audéo P90-R
