1.Please include the ability to see and do a speed test from ISP to the router. 

My almost 4yr old orbi router is able to tell me how fast my connection is to the ISP.

2.Also the ability to give time limits per app individually (Hulu, Youtube, Disney+, Netflix, HBOMax) similiar to Circle Home App.

3.Faster upload speeds. I consistently get faster upload speeds on eero 6pro (500+ Mbs) vs xe75 (200 or less Mbs) on a 1gbs fiber.
