Model: Archer AX4400
Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version: 1.2.1

I just installed the router yesterday. It's a beast - mostly.

I have noticed that randomly, I can't open web pages or apps/games unless I try multiple times. Even then, the web page may not come in "complete" (missing photos, text only, etc). This happens on 2 different Samsung S10 phones on WiFi and on my PC's on ethernet. It's like "let me think about it first". Doing ping tests on multiple IPs (8.8.8.8 & 1.1.1.1) or sites (google, weather, etc) all verify this. On an initial ping, the first of 4 always fail, while the rest are fine. Repeating the test immediately all show fine. Change to a different site, the problem repeats. Return to a prior one and the first ping fails.

Any suggestions?

@Malaki86

Have you tried to change the WAN/Internet DNS server on the AX4400? You can try Google's 8.8.8.8 or CloudFlare's 1.1.1.1, then reboot the router and clear the cache to confirm.

Can I know who is the internet provider? If you connect the PC to the ISP provided modem, will there are still issues?
