Every family member's Time Spent Online shows hour and minute values other than 0 now that I unplugged and replugged in the router a few days after updating firmware. I was prompted to update firmware by Tether app a few days before.  But the Parental Controls detail Online Time Analysis (traffic per hour for today) still shows No Data for any family member.  Maybe an additional Homeshield bug? Hardware version 1.6

In order to get clarity and assist you accordingly, could you please help provide the below information?

 

Have you added multiple devices to a Parental Control Profile? Are they online at the moment when you view the Online Time Analysis?

 

Can we have some screenshots of the Online Time Analysis page on your Tether App? You can mask personal details for security concerns.

 

Are you using the free service or you've subscribed to the HomeShield Pro?

All 5 members of the family have a Parental Controls profile.  All are online at the moment when I view the Online Time Analysis.  I purchased the yearly HomeShield Pro service.  I post here three screenshots of one family member.  One is of a day I updated the firmware late on 4/9, and another today 4/13.  All family member "Time Spent Online" screens are similar.  I unplugged and replugged in the router a couple of days after updating the firmware, and started getting Time Spent Online showing the daily hour and minute numbers and not just zero for family members who were all online, but no Online Time Analysis, still says "No data", no bars showing hourly use since the 4/9 firmware update.
