I have full lights connected from my fiber box from my internet provider. I have blue flashing light on the main router unit. I have my phone connected to the routers internet. It followed all the steps on the website to get the app to recognize the router but it can't find it. I can't get a hold of anyone in tech support to fix the problem. How do I fix this problem?
