Ax-21. Unable to connect to internet. Only first and 4th light are lit.

Is the 4th light (Internet light) green, or is it amber/red?
On the rear of the router, check for the "WPS/Wi-Fi" button. Press and hold the button for at least 2 seconds. The 2nd and 3rd (2.4 GHz and 5 GHz Wi-Fi) LEDs on the front of the router should turn on.
If that doesn't resolve your concerns, and so our community can better understand your situation and provide assistance, can you please confirm the following information?
1. Hardware version of your Archer AX21
2. Firmware version of your Archer AX21
3. Was the router behaving normally previously, or has this symptom existed since the router was first installed?
