Archer C2300 and iOS/iPadOS connectivity
I have an Archer C2300 v1.0 running the latest firmware (2.0.7 Build 20230906 Rel. 35477). Everything has been working great with it until 10/9/2024. All devices, including (2) iPads (running different versions of iOS/iPadOS) and (2) different iPhones (running iOS 18), connect to WiFi and I am able to browse websites, send/receive email, etc. However, the Apple devices appear to have issues connecting to Apple servers for app updates, iOS updates, and to deliver an address in "Find My".
- For app updates/downloads, the App Store appears to work until you attempt a download or update. For downloads, the message "Unable to Install <insert app name>" is displated. I tried this on a different wifi network, and over cellular and it works as expected.
- For Software Updates, I receive the message "Unable to Check for Update - an error occurred while checking for a software update." This works on a different wifi network, and works on cellular as well.
- When using "Find My", the app shows the contacts and their location on the map, but displays "Address Unavailable" by their name. Again, this works on a different wifi network and over cellular.
When going to Settings>WiFi of an iPhone or iPad, I can see the wifi network on my Archer C2300, and it show I am connected, but in orange below the network name is the message, "No Internet Connection". Yet on the same device I can open Safari and browse websites.
I have reset back to factory default on the Archer C2300 as well as two of the Apple devices and there has been no improvement. Any thoughts on how to fix this?
