Parental Controls Reward button missing
I pay for the HomeShield Pro plan on a yearly subscription. Maybe a week or 2 ago, when I look at any of the profiles for my family, the "Reward" button is gone. I only see the "Block" button take the full width of the app on my iphone. I was thinking it may be related to an app update or firmware release so I've been waiting it out. But at this point I thought I would bring it up just in case nobody is aware of the issue.
What do you need from me to assist with troubleshooting the issue?

you aren't understanding the issue. The "reward"
button used to be there prior to the child going into bedtime mode. Now only the adjust appears once bedtime mode enters into its time. The reward button should be there all the time and now it never appears. Just the "adjust" please fix this and stop with the useless back and forth.

Hi,
The new Deco app version has made a slight adjustment to the Reward feature. The 'Reward' button no longer appears in the Deco app, and only the 'Adjust' button will become visible during the scheduled Bedtime/Offtime. If you want to give the controlled device more internet access time, tap the 'Adjust' button to adjust the allowed time for today.

wow. This was the most pointless thread. The "adjust" button was always there when the time ran out. The whole point of this thread was people complaining that the "reward" button disappeared
a service that is paid for should have this and MUCH better support. This is an example of terrible communication and very bad support in the end. Bring back the reward button.

Hi,
Some users may encounter the phenomenon that the "Adjust" button does not appear, and only the "Block" button is shown, and the latest Deco app version v3.10.404 has resolved this behavior. Sorry for the misunderstanding; I previously thought you could only see the "Block" button.
In the new Deco app, you can tap the "Adjust" button to modify the internet access time for controlled devices, achieving a result similar to that of a "Reward" button. For the feature request to add the "Reward" button back to the Deco app, we will record it and then forward it to the relevant team for evaluation.
