@Joseph-TP Thanks for your reply. It has always been set to wireless router mode. The TP-Link support team shared the following with me a few days ago. Could you please confirm whether their response is accurate?

Thank you for contacting TP-Link support.
I understand that you're noticing the Archer BE11000 Pro doesn't display signal strength (Weak/Medium/Strong or Wi-Fi bars) for connected clients in the client list, unlike the BE9700, and you'd like to know whether this is a missing feature or a glitch — particularly so you can monitor your Ring camera's signal.
For clarification, this feature is currently not available on the Archer BE11000 Pro.
At this time, the router only provides connected client information such as:
- MAC/IP address
- Connected network
- Connected Wi-Fi band (2.4GHz, 5GHz, or 6GHz)
- Real-time rate/speed
- Total traffic usage
We will take your feedback into consideration and forward the case to the relevant team for review.
If you have any other questions, please feel free to let us know. We will be glad to assist further.
Best regards,
