The V2.8 will follow the firmware that is released for the 2.0 version. I would highly recommend updating your firmware as the version you are running is relatively old, and there have been many updates since it was released. 

Would it be possible for you to message us a picture of the label that lists the 2.8 version? While it will use the most up-to-date firmware available for any of the 2.0 versions, we would like to verify your hardware version before adding it to the support page in our region.
