I just moved into a new house and turned on cable. I installed a new modem as well as a Deco X90 system. The Deco X90 shows that I am connected to Deco Wifi however I cannot actually get on the internet. The cable company says I have a very strong signal. Something is enabling me to connect. What do I need to do?

  @DKatz,

Can you provide a bit more information regarding what your setup looks like and how everything is connected?
What model modem are you installing? Does it have wireless capabilities? Is there only one device connected to your modem's ethernet ports
 

 

Is Your Connection: Modem > Main Deco > Satellite Decos/Switch  ?

Is there more than one device connected to your Modem
 

 

Were you able to complete the setup for the Deco network in the Deco App?

 

 

If you connect a PC directly to the Modem, are you able to get an internet connection? If so, you most likely need to clone the MAC address of your PC through the Deco App
