Hey Everybody,

Our Global Community Has Provided a Beta Testing Firmware for Two Deco Models:

Deco M4 v2 (Firmware Version 1.5.8)
Deco S4 v2  (Firmware Version 1.5.1)

With the update, both models will receive the Connection Preference feature for both Clients and Satellite Nodes. The Deco M4v2, will also receive a few other features during the test, such as Reboot Schedule, and DynDNS.

If you come across any unexpected behaviors, please be sure to report these to our teams. Our teams appreciate any feedback regarding these features, the stability of your system, or any other noticeable changes.

As this is a beta firmware, please be aware that we cannot guarantee that all features will work as expected and should only be used to test the latest additions and provide feedback to our teams about the updates. Please be sure to only apply the update if your hardware version matches exactly.

Please Note: To Revert to the Official Firmware Release

1. For Deco M4_V2, the firmware downgrade (back to the official 1.5.8 version) needs to be done via firmware recovery.

2. For Deco S4_V2, it would revert to the official 1.5.1 directly via web UI.
