I have an M9 Plus that takes about an hour to go from solid yellow to green. Once the light is green, it works as normal. I have it sitting right next to another M9 Plus which takes less than a minute to go green.
I've rebooted, powered off/on, changed locations, updated firmware. Still takes extremely long time start.

Can you provide a bit more information on how your network is configured?
If you do not have one main Deco node that all the traffic passes through, this behavior can happen as the devices fight for an IP address.
Has this always been the behavior of the M9? How Long has it been occurring?
I would also recommend trying to factory reset and reconfigure that specific node to see if the behavior continues.
