I am having a problem with a couple of bulbs and a KS230 3-pole light switch. They keep going offline and then back online. While this is going on, the lights go out for a second or two, then back on.

The lights connected to this switch set comes on at 50% as programmed. After about 45-60 seconds, the lights fade out for about a second then come back on. This repeats continuously. The network is up
