It looks like smart plug failed to get cloud service from router, and you could try some suggestions here:
- Turn off or lower Modem/ router Firewall settings
- Check if there is any Advanced settings on router like access control/ parental control settings may affect the camera
- Change router's DNS to 8.8.8.8/ 8.8.4.4
- Turn OFF AP isolation/ Client isolation on router
- Connect plug to router directly rather than through RE or AP
- Confirm Kasa app is up to date, you could try a different cell phone if possible
If the same problem, may I know the model of your router and your network topology ? How about the Led status on plug when APP report the Error?
What is the model of your phone and its Andriod/ IOS version?
