Solution Firmware Fix For iOS Devices "Connected, no Internet" on Archer BE900 V2
Hey TP-Link Community,
We have received feedback from several users indicating that iOS devices such as iPhones and iPads are experiencing a "connected but no internet" behavior, specifically when connected to the Archer BE900 V2 via Wi-Fi.
This Article Applies to:
Archer BE900 V2 1.1.6 Build 20250317 and older versions
Description:
iOS devices, including iPhones and iPads, may lose connectivity when connected to the Archer BE900 V2. The Device(s) may display "Connected but no internet". During this time, other client devices, both wired and wireless, remain connected to the internet.
Solution:
We understand that this situation can be frustrating. Please know that our engineers have identified the underlying cause and have released an official firmware update that addresses this, along with other fixes and general enhancements for the Archer BE900. Please update your router using the Tether app, or web UI. Users may also manually update their affected routers using the link below.

Btw, I'm using BE900v2 (as main) and using easy mesh to mesh with BE550v1, it supposes to support 6Ghz as backhual but I can't see the 6Ghz connection linked btween BE900 & BE550. Doesnt anyone know is it a setting problem or fw issue? I call the local support but none of them can help.

As far as I can check, both the Archer BE900 v2 and the BE550 v1 support EasyMesh via 6G.
Please make sure the BE550 v1 is running the latest official firmware.
