Can’t start

I bought this damn thing and I cannot get it going! Plugged in, followed start up. Will not connect. All my WiFi devices went off line once plugged in also. Looking for deco. Very frustrated!

All devices connect except for mobile phones, one IOS and one Android

Multiple devices are connected to the 2.4G and 5G networks. Neither phone will connect. The iPhone says "unable to connect to HeidiHo", the Android phone "obtaining IP address" and then doesn't connet
