Model #C101 How can I connect this device to my own personal WiFi? Is there no other way to use this besides connecting to a tapo WiFi? Asking before I return this product. Thanks for any help.

Actual base that camera uses to move, comes off

I just bought this earlier this year, to keep an eye on my dog while I'm gone. It wasn't mounted. Just sitting in a window. She pushed it out of the window and when it hit the floor the base came off.
