CS420 not connecting to Hub

CS420 not connecting to Hub
A couple of my CS 420 became unresponsive and after reset I managed to get them reconnected to the Hub. Except for 1 unit.
I followed all the recommended steps to try and reset the unit without any success. It does blink red and green, it does get picked up by the App, and the hub light flashes slow green, but it all eventually times out.
What else can I do?
