Hello guys just a quick info: I am using Archer NX210 (5G SIM modem and router) as  main router and 2 Archer AX 23 V1.2 as satellite routers with easy mesh ethernet backhaul. NX210 and NX200 arent listed as compatible for easy mesh ethernet backhaul but it works apparently. I just had to update AX23 firmware to latest, then I established easy mesh wirelessly and after connecting through LAN PORTS NOT WAN PORTS It seems to be doing A okay job.

@salui Thank you very much for the reminder.

In this thread, I only list the Wi-Fi Routers that support EasyMesh Ethernet Backhaul, so it doesn't include the 4G/5G Routers here.

Is there a chance that archer ax6000 v1 gets a firware upgrade to allow it to be inserted in a ETH mesh network to amplify to wifi ?

-similar to the one made for the AX 53

@rigauli Apologize that there is currently no plan to add support for EasyMesh Ethernet Backhaul on Archer AX6000 V1.sad

Hi  @Kevin_Z

Is Archer AX20 v1.2 getting a chance for the feature? AX20 v3 already has it. Is there a beta or something I can try on that hardware?

Thanks.

  @Kevin_Z

Thanks you for your response. It would be nice to actually list the Ethernet Backhaul feature on product page of those 4G/5G modems and also add it to Easy Mesh

@lorenz29 Apologies that we don't have a beta firmware for AX20 V1.20 to use with EasyMesh Ethernet Backhaul.sad

Ok then. Should I be looking for a new hardware or is there any chance in the future to receive an update for this version? Thanks.

  @Kevin_Z Any chance of AX12 getting support?

I've installed the latest firmware by browsing all regions, with UAE/ME having the highest version (1.1.26 Build 20250110), but still no ethernet backhaul.

I can't believe an AC router got support several months before an AX one.

  @Kevin_Z

Hi - Do you know if there are any plans for Ethernet backhaul on the AX18/AX1500 routers? Got a new(ish) BE9300 main router and purchased 2 AX18/AX1500 routers the other day to use as access points. Ok with using them as traditional APs but something more seamless would be nice. The hardware is the AX18(EU) V1.0 model.

Thanks,

Dylan.
