Tapo C210 Camera Offline when Outside the house

Hello.
I am not able to view my Camera when I'm using Mobile Data or Wifi outside the house. This usually works fine but it just have a problem today.
I am able to view the Camera if I am at home but I can no longer view it when I am outside. The App says the Camera is Offline.

@Bongskie This happened to me today. All my cameras says offline in the Tapo app even though every camera is green and still notifying me when it detects an intrusion. Cannot access the camera on Wi-Fi or cellular. What is going on?
