Tapo C410 compatibility with Hub H200
Hi everyone, I'm about to buy a some Tapo C410 cams, but I stopped because I saw that the H200 hub does not support this model. Can you confirm the incompatibility? Is there any news regarding a future implementation via software update as happened for the C425? Thanks

Hi,
Currently, the Tapo C410 does not support the feature to work with the Tapo H200.
We do not have the information about when it will work with the H200, it's suggested to pay attention to the firmware release notes of the Tapo C410 on our official website to see the new features added via firmware updates.

I wish I had seen this comment / Googled this before making my own purchase.
I was just about to install a new Tapo Doorbell today and when adding the device the Tapo app tells me I need to select a hub (not the hub I have existing as with the C410 cams.)
The hub that came with Doorbell is H200.
I suppose I can see if I have a spare ethernet port to connect it but it would be overkill and having two Hubs, one just for the doorbell or until I eventually move the other compatible devices over (ones that use the Hub, H200).

Hi,
Typically, when you purchase a camera/doorbell, you can go to our official website to check if it's required to connect to a hub via the Sub-G network, or it can connect to the Wi-Fi network directly.
For the Tapo H200, it can connect to the Router via Wi-Fi and Ethernet cable.
How to Set Up Your Tapo Smart Hub and Connect Hub to Your Router Wirelessly?
