Model: Tapo C200   Tapo C210
Hardware Version: V2
Firmware Version: 1.3.8, 1.3.15

How do I upgrade the firmware of my Tapo C210 v2.0 and C200 v3.0?

Currently, they are running firmware versions 1.3.15 and 1.3.8. I know that newer firmware is available for the cameras, but when I try to upgrade the firmware through the app, it just says that I am up to date.

Hi,
Thank you for the information provided via a private message.
The new firmware for the Tapo C200 has just been released, if you do not detect the new firmware on the Tapo app now, it's recommended to wait for it patiently.

For the Tapo C210, it's suggested to wait patiently for the new firmware if it's working fine now. If you have any problems so that you want to try the new firmware, please let me know your problem in detail.

Best Regards

I'm missing the opportunity to set a static IP address on the C210 v2. I am currently using firmware version 1.3.11.

Re:Firmware for Tapo c210 and c200
Saturday - last edited Saturday

Hi! @Solla-topee. I also need to update my cameras firmwares. I have 7x C210 and 1x C200. One of the C210 is still on 1.3.11 while the others are on 1.4.3 and C200 is on 1.3.15. I need to get the frame rate option that is available with the newer firmware in all of my cameras because right now I have 6 of them at 25 fps and 2 of them at 15 fps, and that's causing problems in my NVR. Thanks in advance!
