Model: Archer C6  
Hardware Version: V4
Firmware Version: 1.13.6 Build 240430 Rel.54880n(5553)

If i connect my broadband line direct to my pc it works fine but if i connect it to my router the internet speed become very slow and very unstable. When i checked my ping/packetloss with google server and other serves it shows huge packet loss. I also tried previous firmware but it didn't help same problem occured.

i borrowed my friends router and that router worked fine so i can say that the isp line is ok.
i am confused and i need solution.
Please HELP!!!

Hi @SalmanRumon,

May I know when did you buy the router? When did the issue start to occur? 

 

Here are some suggestions may help you:

1. Change the Ethernet cable between the ISP modem and router.
2. Please change the WAN DNS to 8.8.8.8 or 8.8.4.4

3. Please try to do Mac clone for router Archer C6.

4. If the issue persists, hard reset the C6 and configure it again.

5. Try the pre-released firmware: Pre-release Firmware for Archer C80/A8/C6/C86 Brings a Host of New Features and Optimizations
