Hello, my camera is showing offline every time I leave my home. When I am at home, it works perfectly, but every time I leave to work, it shows offline. It is also not working at all for my partner, who is overseas, always stating that it is offline. We already uninstalled the app and rebooted the camera, but it still doesn't work.

What to do if I can't control my Tapo cameras on the Tapo app?
If the same offline behavior persists, please confirm the following information for further analysis.
1. What's your router's model number? Do you have internet when connecting to the same router as the camera?
2. What's the camera's model number and MAC address? You can send me (@Solla-topee) the MAC address via a private message.
3. What's the LED status on the camera? You can try to factory reset the camera and reconfigure it to see if this helps.
4. You can also enable a hotspot Wi-Fi on your phone, factory reset the camera, configure it with another phone, connect it to the hotspot Wi-Fi, and then check if you can control it remotely.
