Firmware Version:

I recently reset my Tapo C320WS after I changed my WiFi password. I then successfully added it in the app. But I have 3 issues now which I didn't experienced before:

1) It displays a message that this device can only be controlled locally,

2) It no longer sends me notifications of any intrusion, person detected, etc.

3) I can't share this device with another person.

Can anyone help?

Hi,
The three issues you reported appear because the camera is not connected to our cloud server and can only be controlled locally. You can refer to the instructions below to troubleshoot.
What to do if I can't control my Tapo cameras on the Tapo app?

If the same phenomenon persists, please confirm the following information for further analysis.
  1. What's the model number of your router? Do you have internet on your phone when connecting to the same Wi-Fi as the camera?
  2. What's the LED status on the camera, such as solid red, flashing red, etc.?
  3. Please enable a hotspot Wi-Fi on your phone, factory reset the camera, configure it with another phone, connect it to the hotspot Wi-Fi, and then check if you can control it remotely.

Best Regards
