Early Access Deco X50/X55_V1.3_1.8.2 Expanded the Client Connection Detail and Added ECO Mode, VPN Kill Switch

- Optimized the Configuration Backup feature for a smoother device migration operation
- Improved 2.4GHz mesh performance and overall networking experience.

- Correct the Deco node's Online Time.

Update Notice:
- This beta firmware version number, as well as the future official version, has been adjusted to 1.8.x to align and streamline software release management with Deco X50/X55_V1.0/V1.6 going forward.
- Please be sure you have read the Beta Test Agreement before upgrading the Pre-release firmware!
- Please make sure the Deco APP is up-to-date.
- This firmware can’t be degraded directly to the previous version. A firmware recovery is required to revert to the official 1.3.1 version.
- How to manually update the firmware via web UI.

We have internally tested the Speed Limit feature on Deco X50_1.8.2, and it works correctly. Regarding your feedback that the Speed Limit feature is not working, please provide more detailed information so we can further analyze the issue.
1. What are the maximum download and upload speeds you have set for your phone?
2. On your phone, please test the speed at www.speedtest.net, and then provide a screenshot of the test result. Please ensure that mobile data is disabled during the speed test.
3. Please confirm that the random MAC address function is disabled on your phone. If not, please disable this function to ensure that the speed limit function works for your phone.
4. How many Deco nodes do you have? Are they all Deco X50_1.8.2? Please describe your network topology.

Hi,
The Speed Limit feature is used to limit the download and upload speed for the device connected to the Deco. Usually, no matter which platform or apps you use on your phone after configuring the Speed Limit feature, the speed won't exceed the limited speed.

Beta Feedback: Deco X50 PPPoE len < 0 bug is still active (Breaks Apple Push Notifications)

I recently installed the new Beta firmware for the Deco X50 hoping it would resolve an ongoing PPPoE packet parsing bug (existed in previous firmware version), but the issue remains completely unresolved in this new build.
The router's netifd / pppd backend is still trapped in a continuous loop, flooding the syslog every 10 seconds with these exact errors:

```
The Cause & Impact:
This bug appears to be triggered by the router's 10-second LCP Echo heartbeat ("lcp-echo-interval", "10"). The firmware is miscalculating the packet length of the ISP's reply.
Every time this len < 0 error triggers, it silently stalls or drops long-lived background TCP connections. Because of this, Apple’s Push Notification Service (APNS) on TCP Port 5223 continuously breaks. All iOS devices connected to the Deco network experience severely delayed or completely dropped background push notifications.
Could the engineering team please investigate the PPPoE / LCP Echo parsing code (netifd) for the next beta release? I can provide full syslogs if needed.
Note: I have 2 months warranty left on this device. I am going to claim a replacement from the shop. If you need log of this beta firmware installed on this device please let me know, i also have the log from previous release.
This issue is occurring only in PPPoE connection, dynamic ip configuration works fine. I'm now using my old archer c6.
And this is my last tp link purchase. My last deco m4 died too without showing any error.
TP Link should focus on releasing few hw version and focus on stability of the firmware. Totally let down experience.
