Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version: 1.1.15

I recently activated the Tapo Care trial to try out the extra detection modes, ever since I did that I can no longer use the HQ option in the app.

Whenever I switch to HQ the video feed stops and says 'tap to refresh'. I have two cameras and was initially only activated on one cam, then the HQ mode stopped.

Now I activated the second cam's Tapo care and now this one can't display HQ anymore.

 

Any insight on this?

Hello   @Oliviervdb 

Thank you for the feedback. If HQ option does not work. 

  • Reboot Camera 
  • If you use any other apps (ONVIF/RTSP  software) to stream camera, turn them off temporarily or try to use them in LQ 

How to view Tapo camera on PC through RTSP stream? 

  • Confirm tapo APP and device firmware are both up to date

 

 

If still the same, do you use any ONVIF or RTSP software to stream camera at the same time? Please help collect the camera log and share the log link ( use Google Drive, OneDrive etc to create a link) via private message.How to Get the Log of Tapo Camera?
