If you have subscribed the Tapo Care, confirm the camera has been added to Tapo Care subscription.
In Tapo APP> Me > Tapo Care>tap Select Camera > My Cameras >select the camera

If you still can not use the features in Tapo care, please share a photo of the Tapo care subscription & camera has added and a photo of the payment record, thank you.
Please also share a photo of the MAC adress of the camera with us via private message.
