Update the solution for IOS 16.1.X devices

0222 Update 
The official Tapo APP Version 2.14  that contains this fix start to roll out since Feb 2023, please ensure your APP is up-to-date first

Problem Description :

1. Tapo camera live view displays a green shadow/bar after updating to Android 13 (or mobile devices with Android 13 OS  )


2. Cloud video displays green color on IOS 16.1.X devices


Solution:

*Ensure the camera firmware is updated first. 

1. For Android user: problem fixed on Tapo APP 2.14 (or later) version, please ensure your APP is up-to-date.
2. For IOS user: update IOS system to 16.2 or later version

Fix :

For Android user: The official Tapo APP Version 2.14 that contains this fix start to roll out since Feb 2023, please ensure your APP is up-to-date first

The official tapo app with this fix is still under test stage, some tapo users are expected to receive the new app since Feb~March 2023.
please keep your app updated when an update is available,  really appreciate patience while the team is optimizing the app and make it better.
