Tapo Care - C320WS using the 2K QHD video rate cannot see cloud recordings
New C320WS camera.
Starting using Tapo Care (the free trial)
Camera has some of the detection triggers set to on, and when triggered around 20 seconds of video is being uploaded to the cloud. I can see these as thumbnails in the app, and I can select to view, and I can select to download.
When I have the camera set to video quality 2K QHD, the videos do not play. I can download the video to memory (which takes time, so something must be being downloaded) but I still can't play the video.
When I have the camera set to video quality 1080P, the videos do play. I can download them, play them on the app from cloud or memory.
Switching between video quality does not change the camera other than the quality of the picture, however the cloud just does not allow me to play anything at the higher rate.
Is this a problem with the cloud, the app, my WiFi connection?
I am using WiFi with a reported signal strength of -54. I would very much like to use the cloud and the full QHD video rate!
