WROST CAMERA AND COMPANY
People, i have never seen a worse camera, hardware and software in my life.More complicated setup and everything else is was (0).In the end i throwed it in the garbage,i will not buy anything again from this company.

@Solla-topee I have, but i am not sure is working anymore. Anyways, i am not happy with that product. Others products from this company is also not good, only good is the marketing. Routers, wi-fi range extender, smart ip cameras... even i am IT Manager, it is so complicated doing something with any products, especialy for entry levels consumers products. I bought a camera for my girlfriend long time ago, it worked fine only 3 months maybe, after that, it just stopped working. Few days ago, i tried to connect it to the network, but it didnt work. I dont know how You would help me, definitely a bad product, even if it works. Anyways, thanks for the question and the help offered.

@Solla-topee Hi, Solla-Topee!
Today i found the camera and examined it, there are physical damages on it. The wi-fi antenna was damaged and plastic part fell out of the holder,which is probably used for rotation, becouse the camera now has a strange sound when rotating. I opened it and saw that is was only for a serius repair. Definitely not for use. The best option for my girlfriend is that we return the camera to company or in the service and company give me better working camera with my monetary compensation for the diference in the price of the product. The camera was bought in Thailand (Udon Thani city), in an (Advice) store. We will try to find the receipt from the store.

@MIKINOK If so, it means good buy camera and money. Definitely, the company helped me with what i know myself, nothing more. Which store will accept a complaint after 3 yrs and after everything. You are really funny and frivolous...

@MIKINOK Mostly, with serious big company, which cares about a satisfied customer, a better solution would be found, not just advice. Some companies send new same product or another one in exchange.
