Issue Description/Phenomenon:
The Tapo C225 detects an event and can see the video recordings on the Tapo app but does not receive the corresponding notification even if the Activity Notifications feature is enabled for the camera on the Tapo app.

Some customers may have different phenomena, such as can't receive notifications until reboot the camera but the problem will happen again, can receive notifications after changing the Notification settings on the Tapo app but the problem will happen again, etc.

Solution(Update on 29 Aug, 2023):
We have released the new firmware(1.0.24 Build 230731 Rel.42636n) which has solved the problem, please update the firmware of the Tapo C225 to the latest one if you encounter the same issue.
