I have seen the Thread " C420 motion being detected outside the red zones ", I have the same problem, also it is in the Tapo app not possible to activate, in the menu "video & Anzeige" (video & dispay) the switch privacy zones, please can you help me with this.

Hi,
Please help confirm the following information for your issue.
1. Please go to the camera's Live View page and send me a picture of it.
2. Go to the camera's Device Settings>Detection page and send me a picture of it, then send me the pictures of the enabled detection types, I want to check if your settings are correct.
3. What motion is detected outside the zone you configured?
4. If you can't switch on the Privacy Zones on the camera's Device Settings>Video & Display page, what message appears when enable it? Or please describe the problem you encounter in detail.
