Just got Tapo C310 v2 and a SanDisk 128GB memory card. Installed the camera, but the card won't initialize or format. Getting a message saying the microSD card has abnormal expansion capacity. Tried another card, same issue. Any ideas?

You can turn off the camera, remove the SD card from the camera and reinsert it, turn on the camera, then try to format the SD card again and check if the problem is solved.
Please help confirm the following information if the problem remains.
1. What's the model number and format of the SD card? Send me a link that introduces the SD card or the link to purchase it.
2. Please help verify if the SD card is fake by software H2testw, and below is the instruction.
