C500 Issue After the Latest Update: Camera Automatically Goes into Offline Mode.
After the recent update to the version 1.1.3, the camera goes into the offline mode automatically. I have to plug in and out the power supply to bring the camera back online. I tried to reset the camera to see if the issue would resolve but it didn't have any effect.
The camera is located outside and the night temperature dips to -6C sometimes but the issue only happened after the update.

Hi,
We don't have the instructions to downgrade the firmware. Currently, a new firmware(1.1.4 Build 240506 Rel.39487n) for the Tapo C500 V1 is rolling out, which improves the connection stability, please be patient and update the new firmware for a try if your camera detects new firmware on the Tapo app.
Best Regards

Hi.
Is there any further feedback regarding this issue? I have the exact same problem. C500 constantly going into offline mode. Wifi signal is fine. Have another c200 inside camera and that works perfectly fine. But I have to unplug and replugin the C500 constantly.
