TAPO C200
I've acquired a Tapo C200 cam and have some issues with it.
1- Can only work it locally - Followed the troubleshooting and it still does not work when I'm not home and connected to my mobile data
2- The device doesn't show in other devices logged into my account - can only see the cam on my phone.
3- I'm not able to share it with my wife since I don't have permission for that resource / it's not supported
How can I solve those issues? If that doesn't work I'll be obliged to return it and buy another model from another brand since I've tested others without problems before

Please help confirm the following information for the reported issue.
1. Please send me the MAC address of your Tapo C200 via a private message. What's the LED status on your camera?
2. Please describe your network diagram, such as the internet cable--wireless router)))((( camera, PC, phone, etc.
What's the model number of your router?
3. Please check if your router has special settings, such as firewall, MAC Filtering, Access Control, etc. configured. If so, turn them off for a try.

I've sent you the MAC adress via PM; It's orange.
My network is composed by the internet cable and a MEO Router FiberGateway WiFi 6 - with a 2.4 GHZ and a 5GHZ connection. Since the 5Ghz isn't supported by the cam I'm using the 2.4. I also have a RE200 signal range extender - Tried to configure the cam in the main Wifi and the extended one - None were successful.
No firewall/MAC Filtering/Access Control configured.

Thank you for the updated info.
1. The solid orange light on the camera means it connects to the router's Wi-Fi but has no internet access, so you can only control it in the local network.
2. Please help complete the following test for a try.
1) Reset the camera to factory default settings.
How to reset my Tapo camera?
2) Enable a 2.4G hotspot Wi-Fi on your phone, use a different phone to configure the camera to connect to the hotspot Wi-Fi, and then check if you can control the camera in the local and remote networks.
3) Please send me the email address you used to log in to the Tapo app via a private message.

I've already reset it several times, but none worked.

The problem should be solved now. You can try to reboot the camera and check if you can manage it locally and remotely. If not, reset the camera and reconfigure it again to make it work.

I have the same problem.
When I'm on Wifi or Mobil hotspot I can acces every feature (look at the picture of the camera and control it), but when im on cell phone (mobile phone) data I only get the notifications if the camera sense something but I can't see the recorded footage or control it.
Could you please tell me what was the solution in your situiation?
