Please help confirm the following information about your problem.
1. What's the LED status on the camera? Such as solid red, flashing green and red, etc.
2. Did the camera work fine?
3. What's the model number of your router? Is the camera connected to your router's Wi-Fi directly to go to the internet? 
Do you have internet when connecting your phone to your router's Wi-Fi?
4. It would be highly appreciated if you could describe your problem phenomenon and usage scenario in detail.
