Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version: 1.2.6

Tapo camra not working in last 10 days . Red light continue . 2-3 time camra restart and reconnected . But problem not solve and Recording not save, camra live time not match in real time  at day night . Please resolve the issue . I will try customer services but not respond and not pick a call . And device not share any other phone .

Hi,

It seems the camera has no internet connection thus several problems occur on it. Please help confirm the following information for further analysis.

1. Can you control the camera when your phone connects to the same Wi-Fi network as the camera and use mobile data?

 

2. What's the model number of your router? Do you have internet when connecting to your router's Wi-Fi?

 

3. Have you inserted an SD card into the camera to store the video recordings?

 

4. If your router has an internet connection, you can try to factory reset the camera and reconfigure it, then check if it will work fine.
