I cannot for the life of me remove the second screw to insert an SD card on the outdoor security camera I bought this year. I have tried so hard that the very weak screw has worn itself out. It's like it was designed not to function to make me spend my money on the cloud recording function!

I promise I'm not just limp wristed, it very much just has been stuck and remains stuck. Has anyone else had this issue?
