As seen here, problems with memory cards in TAPO cameras are such a common occurrence. Therefore, it is very difficult to conclude that the problem is only due to the cards.

I have three C500 cameras installed outside about three weeks ago. I use Kingston Canvas Select Plus microSD XC 128GB Class10 UHS-I cards. So far, the cards on two cameras have failed, while the third still works normally. Both cards are damaged to the extent that they cannot be formatted even on a computer, or one of them is in read-only mode, which cannot be changed in any way. At first I thought that the failure occurred due to bad weather conditions, since the error appeared after bad weather. But all three cameras are subjected to the same conditions. The only difference is in the WI-FI connection. Camera with the working card is connected directly to the router, while the other two are connected via the TP-link RE-305 extender. That is why I am wondering if it is possible that these errors are occurring due to the weakening of the WI-FI signal. I notice that it regularly happens that these two cameras are connected directly to the router every morning, but but with a weaker signal. I can't find an option to change any kind of automatic reset in the extender as well.Therefore, a reboot is required to bind to the extender again.

I am asking for opinions and solutions to these problems.

Hi,
Generally, whether the SD card works has nothing to do with the strength of the WiFi. If the camera connected to the Range Extender sometimes connects to the router, you can try changing the WiFi name of the Range Extender to something different from the router.
