C500 no/bad sound
Hello.
On my Tapo C500 i noticed that the sound from recording or live is really bad, on max your can hear some cracking noises.
Any idea how to solve this problem ?
Firmware is up to date it shows.

It's recommended to read the Beta Test Agreement before upgrading the beta firmware!

@Hompie mine too has no sound.. did you able to fix the sound problem of your tapo c500? Pls help me i dont have sound on my tapo c500.

The camera had no issues when I took it to the service centre. They said the issue was with the Tapo app, and it was fixed in the next app update.
