Since the last app update I am finding that video is not playing back on my iPad, it loads the current frame and freezes. Everything works fine on the iPhone.

 

Both devices are connected to the same network and have a good signal

I've deleted and reinstalled the app on the iPad and it's the same problem.

 

I've also noticed that sometime a camera shows up on one device but not the other! And then visa versa, this "anomaly" is not limited to a particular camera either.

Hi,
1. What's the Tapo app version installed on the iPad and iPhone?
2. Have you logged in to the Tapo app on the iPad and iPhone with the same TP-Link account?
