Hi, I hope somebody can help me. My camera will not connect to my wifi anymore or does so occasionally. I cannot livestream anymore or watch shots from the sd card. Funny thing is I do get push messages informing me of movement and such  with film which last for 10 seconds but these are often too short and of no use. I cannot get into network settings and change the wifi connection to my hotspot e.g..

This situation is relatively new because it has  operated well in the past when I had just bought the camera, no wifi problem at al and then all of a sudden it changed into cannot connect and unstable network while nothing else changed. Very frustrating and I even consider buying a different camera. Can anyone please help?

Hi,
It seems the camera stays online but you are unable to watch its live feed or video recordings stored on the SD card. Please confirm the following information for further analysis.

1. What's the LED status on the camera? Is it solid green?
2. Is the camera displayed online status on the Tapo app but you can't watch the live feed or video recordings?
3. What's the model number and OS version of your phone? Please update your Tapo app to the latest one and check if it helps. If the problem remains, send me the Tapo app version info.
4. If you can go to the camera's Device Smainsettings > Device Info page, please tap the Wi-Fi icon, and send me the RSSI value.

Best Regards
